Ultimately Ariva will offer 200 luxury condominiums and beautifully landscaped grounds with extensive outdoor amenities.  To minimize the capital requirements, mitigate risk, and reduce carrying costs during lease up, the development is designed to be constructed in 5 phases over the next few years.

O’Rourke Family Vineyards is a highly aspirational wine growing venture located in Lake Country, in the Central Okanagan, British Columbia. The total planted area to grapes/vineyard by the 2016 season will be approximately 100 acres, the majority on a contiguous land parcel in the Carrs Landing area. 


A show piece winery will be built on the vineyard site in Carrs Landing. This will serve all winemaking and hospitality functions. The vineyard site is not only prime viticultural land, but has one of the Okanagan valley’s longest and finest lake views, which gives us an unprecedented building site for iconic architecture. Wine Quality and the spectacular nature of the winery site will create a true wine destination.
